Ingredients

    33 grams Bread Crumbs
8 ounces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into nugget sized pieces
    6 tsp Tabasco Sauce
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put bread crumbs in dish. Add a dash of each of the seasonings and mix well. Place chicken pieces in a separate dish, and cover and toss with hot sauce. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray. Give each chicken piece a shake (so it's not dripping with hot sauce), and then coat it evenly with the crumbs. Lay the nuggets on the baking pan. Place in the oven, and bake for 10 minutes. Then flip the wings over, and return them to the oven for 10 more minutes, or until outsides are crispy and chicken is cooked throughout.

OMG DELICIOUS!! I used 3chick brst halves cut into strips instead of nuggets; used Frank's Buf Chick; added dried parsley to herbs; &used mini food chopper to make bread crumbs (5 slices). After flipping over, cooked 2nd side for 15 mins due to larger size. Made two 9x13 pans. Fantastic, 200 stars! - 1/6/09

Fantastic! I used Frank's Red Hot sauce because I didn't have Tabasco and it was excellent. - 6/26/08

AMAZING!!! I've made these about 5 times now and can't get enough of them. I use Frank's BBQ Wing Sauce, and after they've baked I dip them in hot sauce again. Not for the meek, but perfect for me! - 2/12/09

This recipe was AWESOME. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut into tiny bite size pieces. I also only have italian bread crumbs on hand so I added less of the spices and it turned out perfect. Very tender and it was awesome to dip them in some light ranch or mix of ranch/wing dip - 3/1/08
