Ingredients

    4 cup Cauliflower, Frozen, Kroger
    2 tbsp Cream Cheese
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Tips

This is a basic recipie, please add what ever you would like to your caulitaters. I have seen this recipe made with all butter but I like the texture the cream cheese creates.


Directions

Cook cauliflower, your method of preference is ine, I use the microwave for 8 mins. When cauliflower is soft, not mushy, spread out on an absorbent base, such as paper toiles to all pieces to drain well. When cauliflower is cooled and drained place all ingredients in your food processor, chopping blade installed. Process until smooth, scraping sides when necessary.
Reheat in microwave if needed or in the oven perhaps topped with cheese.
