Ingredients

    4 serving Steamed Six bean meadly
    .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2 cup Campbell's Tomatoe Soup
    1 can Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added
    1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    3 serving Tumeric - 1 tsp (by FREWTYL)
    5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers

Tips

You can add meat if you like. I sometimes throw in leftover chicken to change it up... it's up to you. This is what was left in my fridge. I add everything and anything when it comes to veggies. Kale, zucchini, carrots anything you like. I happened to have this six bean meadly and tried it for the first time. Love it!


Directions

Sauté cabbage onions celery
Mix everything together add salt/pepper anything you like
Boil
Eat
