Ingredients

16oz Perdue Ground Chicken Patty
1 large red bell pepper, diced
2 jalapenos, diced
1 small yellow onion, diced
4 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and diced
Several stalks Green Onion
4 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower, steamed in bag
1 head of iceberg lettuce, rinsed and patted dry
Directions
Heat the chicken in a skillet on medium heat until no more pink shows
Add chicken, veggies, sauces, cauliflower, salt and pepper to taste into crockpot. Let simmer for 1.5-2 hours.
Add water chestnuts and green onion to mix and let heat for 5 minutes, then serve.
Use full sheets of iceberg lettuce as your wrap.
Top with garlic chili sauce or siracha
