Ingredients

    3.0 oz Flank Steak
    0.5 oz Swiss Cheese, Boar's Head Baby Swiss
    6.0 spear, small (5" long or less) Asparagus, fresh
    3oz thinly sliced flank steak or other thinly sliced meat such as cubed steak.
    1/2oz thinly sliced baby swiss cheese or whatever cheese you prefer
    5-6 spears of fresh asparagus; small diameter or slices of fresh pepper (any color).

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay out your choice of meat on a cutting board. Season meat as you prefer. Place cheese on top of meat and then stack asparagus spears in the center of the cheese. Starting w/the shorter side of meat/cheese, roll towards the opposite end being sure to tuck in the asparagus spears. Lay into greased pan. Place into oven to baked for 20-25 minutes or until steak is cooked through and cheese is melted.
