    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    6 tsp Splenda
    1 serving Cashews raw unsalted organic Trader Joes 1/4 cup (by MOMMASPORT)
    2 tbsp Peter Pan Reduced fat creamy peanut butter
    1 cup America's Choice Fat Free Milk (Skim Milk)
    2 large Egg white, fresh
    2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Mix for 5minutes . bake at 350 in muffine tins. for 17 minutes
