Ingredients

3 cup Zucchini (Shredded) (by HEALTHYCHIC)
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Meat Lovers
56 gram(s) Pepperoni, Uncured (Gallo Salame) (by TIANAKI)
3 cup Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
24 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese
.5 tsp Oregano, ground
2 tbsp Parsley Flakes (by LOGANKITTY98)
2 tbsp garlic, minced 1 tbsp (by REESIE108)
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees, spray pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Grate zucchini and wring out as much moisture as possible.
2) In a large bowl, mix zucchini, eggs, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano (I added salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes for taste, but that is optional). Mix until well combined.
3) Transfer “dough” onto pizza pan, and pat into a crust shape. Bake until golden, about 25 minutes.
4) Top with remaining 2 cups of mozzarella, pepperoni and Jimmy Dean’s meats. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes as needed, until cheese is melted.
5) Enjoy
