Introduction

This is not a lowfat recipe but it is definately the best dressing recipe I have found. This is not a lowfat recipe but it is definately the best dressing recipe I have found.
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1 Cup Margarine
    1 3/4 Cup Chopped Onion
    1 1/2 CupChopped Celery
    1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
    1 Tsp Salt
    1 1/2 Tsp Sage
    1/2 Tsp Thyme
    2 Small Cans Mushrooms
    2 Beaten Eggs
    Bread Crumbs (Approximately 1 Loaf)
    4 1/2 Cups of Broth

Directions

Saute celery and onion in butter, then pour over the bread. Add all seasonings and mix well. Add the broth. Beat the eggs and add to mixture. Mix well.

Cook in crockpot on High for 50 minutes or on low for 5-8 hours.
