Ingredients

    5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw - Lightly Beaten
    8 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    1.50 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1.50 tsp Salt
    1870 Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce) - 66oz jar
    907 Italian Sausage, pork - 2#
    0.33 cup Parsley - Chopped Fine
    32 oz Beef, top sirloin - 2#
    1.50 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    7 oz Fairlife Fat Free Milk
    24 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Tips

Make sure that you do not fill crock pot too full or will boil over!


Directions

Cut Mozzarella into 3/4" squares.

Mix Remaining Ingredients except for Ragu.

Form golf ball size meatballs and wrap them around square of Mozzarella.

Please in layers in 6 quart crock pot covering each layer with Ragu.

Heat on high for 3 hours

Serving Size: Makes 46 1 1/2 inch Meatballs
