Ingredients

    1.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Salt
    250.0 Grams Carrots, raw
    201.0 Grams Celery, raw
    5.0 clove Garlic
    0.25 cup Parsley
    6.0 cup Vegetable Broth
    2.5 cup split peas
    50.0 Grams Onions, raw

Directions

Chop the carrots and the celery. Mince the garlic. Put all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook it for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Serving Size: Makes aprix. 6 one and a half cup servings.
