Optional: 1 small hot pepper
Optional: 1 tsp chili powder
Optional: 1 tsp honey

Directions
Place corn in blender until fine.
Adding your choice of seasonings to taste. Spread the mixture 1/8 inch thick on fine mesh screens on your dehydrator trays.
Score into triangle shapes.
Dehydrate for several hours at 105o F.

Hey, I wish I had one of those dehydrators! Is there a similar recipe for just dong it in the oven? Whatever, it looks yummy! - 6/25/08

If your oven has a setting of 100 I think it would work (you may need to keep the door open and run a fan toward it. The point is not to cook it, but to dry it.
