Ingredients

1.0 Grams Bay Leaf
1.5 tsp Thyme, ground
1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
3.0 cup 9 Bean Dry Bean Mix
8.0 cup Chicken Stock
8.0 oz Diced Ham
0.5 tsp Ground Pepper
Directions
Soak beans overnight in cold water, drain, rinse and drop into crockpot. Add carrots, celery, onion, ham, thyme, pepper, bay leaf, stock, water and bullion. Cover and cook on high 5 hrs or low 10 hrs. Remove bay leaf!
Warms up great!
