    Romaine Lettuce - 3 inner leaves cut
    Baby Spinach - 5 leaves cut lengthwise and diced
    1 boiled breast of chicken- diced
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges
    1/4 Yellow/Orange bellpepper cut into sm. strips
    1/2 cup of carrot sticks
    1/4 cup sliced almonds
    2 tbs of Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing
