Ingredients

    12 oz Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk Coconut 45 calories (by TWOCHICSENL)
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Allspice
    .5 tsp Cardamom, ground
    .25 tsp Ginger, ground
    .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1.5 tbsp Maple Syrup
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    8 tbsp chia seeds
    4 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)

Directions
