Ingredients

1 cup Frozen Berries - Kirkland Nature's Three Berries
0.33 tbsp chia seeds
.66 tbsp Great Lakes unflavored Beef Gelatin (1 serv = 1 tbsp or 1/4 oz or 7 g)
Tips
Add more or less chia (will effect calories) or more or less gelatin to achieve your desired jam consistency.
Directions
1. Place 1 cup frozen mixed berries in a bowl in the microwave on HI for 5 minutes.
2. Using the back of a fork, mash the berries, crushing the blueberries.
3. While the berries are still warm, add 1 tsp chia seeds and 2 tsp gelatin. Mix well. Put mixture in a jam jar, cover and refrigerate for a few hours.
Serving Size: Makes 16, 1 tablespoon servings
