Introduction

Very Lean, Very Tasty, Very Easy Very Lean, Very Tasty, Very Easy
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    20.8 oz. pkg. Ground Turkey (93% lean)
    8 oz. Lean Ground Pork
    1/4 C. Egg Beater
    1/2 C. Onions
    3 slices lite bread, crumbled
    1/2 C. Salsa
    2 dashes Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp. Oregano
    1/4 tsp. No Salt Seasoning

Directions

Mix thoroughly. Spray pan of choice and shape into meat loaf. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 F. or until done in center. Makes 8 servings of 4 ounces cooked weight.
For something different and for quick cooking, spray muffin pans and scoop mixture with ice cream scoop. Will make about 16 and will cook in much less time.
