    2 cup Egg Noodles, enriched
    3 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped
    1.5 cup Carrot - raw, chopped (by PIANOGRRRL)
    0.25 cup Chopped Celery (by VOWENS13)
    1 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat
    1 tbsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, white

Tips

I use the leftover rotisserie chicken boiling the carcass , minus skin, with onions and celery for some of the broth and for the meat.
