Ingredients

    1.0 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    1.0 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)
    1.0 tbsp Onion powder
    3.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    1.0 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder
    0.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    0.25 tsp Oregano, ground
    0.5 tbsp Basil
    3.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    0.12 cup Flour, white
    2.0 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Grease pan with either part of the butter in the recipe or with spray. Dice potatoes and cauliflower small (1/2 inch). Layer potatoes, cauliflower, ham, and onions. Mix flour with milk until smooth and then mix in all remaining ingredients including cheese and pour evenly over the top. Bake uncovered 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Let cool about 10 minutes and enjoy.
