Ingredients

    1.0 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
    0.5 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh
    0.75 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger
    2.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    2.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    50.0 grams Cilantro, raw
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 1tsp Canola Oil
    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 tsp Cumin seed
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Onion powder
    1.0 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Boil quinoa with one cup of water. After water comes to a boil, cover and turn down heat to let simmer for 15 minutes. One quinoa is cool, add all other ingredients and stir well.
