Introduction

I modified a standard coleslaw recipe to lower the calories, fat, and carbs, but keep the good taste. I modified a standard coleslaw recipe to lower the calories, fat, and carbs, but keep the good taste.

Ingredients

    1 bag or 4 Cups Shredded Cabbage
    1/4 Cup Finely chopped onion
    1/4 Cup grated carrot
    1/3 Cup Light Mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
    2 Tsp Splenda
    1/2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
    1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Place cabbage, onions,and carrots in a large bowl. In a separate bowl add remaining ingredients and whisk together until well blended. Pour over the cabbage mix and let set at least 1 hour. I like it better after it sits a while so all of the flavors blend.
Makes approx. 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
