Ingredients

    0.25 cup flour, self-raising (by LEXIEEE15)
    2 tbsp Canola Margarine 100% or butter
    0.25 cup Oatmeal, Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute, 1/2 cup dry oats
    0.17 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    10 gram(s) Coconut Dessicated 10 grams (by MARIONGR1)
    2 tsp CSR Golden Syrup (by ALLEENAME)
    2 tsp water

Tips

For chewier biscuits, increase oven heat to 160C and bake 12 minutes; for extra crispy, allow to cool in oven before removing.


Directions

Preheat oven to 150C.
Combine dry ingredients. Melt margarine/butter with golden syrup and water and combine with dry ingredients. Form into 8 smallish balls and flatten on lightly greased/oiled tray. Bake for 15 minutes, until lightly golden brown. Cool in tray.
