Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz Barilla - White Fiber Mini Penne Pasta
    56 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    56 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    56 grams Onions, raw
    113 grams Celery, raw
    3.5 serving Bumble Bee Red Salmon, 2.2 oz/63g, about 1/4 cup
    10 tbsp Hellmans Light Mayonaise

Tips

I use Hellman's Canola Mayonnaise (40 calories vs 90 calories in regular) Can add a few drops of hot sauce and/or a 2 tsp of deli mustard if desired.


Directions

Boil pasta in salted water to desired texture. Drain salmon and gently clean of skin and/or bones if desired. (skin and bones are edible, add calcium) Chop peppers, onion and celery. Combine all ingredients and season with S & P
