Ingredients

    2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    0.75 tsp Salt
    1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
    2.75 serving Red Lobster, 100% Pure Melted Butter (1.5 oz)

Directions

Heat oven to 475 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Chill buttermilk. Melt the butter. Whisk together first all dry ingredients, add the melted butter to the buttermilk til small curds form, add it then to the dry ingredients. Stir carefully til it slightly starts pull away from the bowl. Using a greased a quarter of a cup-measure, scoop out mounds of the dough and drop them onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake the biscuits until the tops are golden brown and crisp, 12 to 14 minutes. Top with additional melted butter if desired. Serve warm. Serving Size: makes 12 servings
