Ingredients

    1000 gram(s) pig liver
    480 gram(s) Pork sausage, fresh, raw
    3 eggs free range organic (50g each)
    .5 cup Flour, white
    1.25 cup Milk, 3.25%
    2 tsp Marjoram, dried
    2 tsp Tarragon, ground
    2 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 dash Salt
    1 large Onions, raw
    2 can (2 oz) Anchovy (anchovies)

Tips

if you think the liver taste might be strong you can ,soften the taste by submerge liver in milk overnight before prep.


Directions

,In a deep rimmed baking sheet add water,1/2 way up the rim place in oven heat to 425,
Cut onion and liver in chunks ,grind the meats and onion with the anchovies in a food processor or meat grinder ,grind the paste 3 times ,then whisk in the egg and milk add spices
pour into aluminum baking containers, cover each with foil, bake for 1/2 the time remove foil and finish baking.(i used 8 small ,was making gifts) you can make 2 large or 4 medium loafes. Bake for about 1.5 hours on the larger ones if you use small like I did it is a 45 minute cook time. The inside temp should read 160
