Ingredients

2 Raw Tomato (Medium, whole)
1.5 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
Salt and Pepper

Tips
Other ingredients such as Lettuce, radishes, carrot, etc can be added, as well as a table spoon of lemon juice as a form of dressing. Added bonus of Lemon Juice is health benefits as well as preventing avocado from turning brown.
Directions
Wash and Cut Tomato into wedges then halve each wedge. P;ace in Salad bowl.
Peel and halve cucumber length ways. Depending on size Of cucumber either use half a long cucumber or a full small one. Halve each half again and cut into half inch pieces. Add to bowl.
Peel and remove pip from Avocado. Dice and add to salad in the bowl. Add seasonings and mix well. Serve as a side or light meal.
