Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups diced yellow squash
    2 cups crumbled cornbread
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    2 tsp dried sage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 cup milk
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place squash in a pot fitted with a steamer basket over boiling water, and steam 10 minutes or until tender.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned

    Incredible!
    This was great! I used the lower sodium soup and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. Didn't have a steamer basket so I just boiled the squash till tender.
    Hubby loved it, so I'll definately make it again!
