    0.33 cup Coconut Oil
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.5 tsp Baking Soda
    0.75 cup Arrowroot flour
    4 tbsp Honey
    4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    4 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Coconut Flour
    4 tbls Bragg organic Apple Cider vineger (by WYJOANTSMOM)
    1.75 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)

This recipe is an awesome basic recipe that you can add ingredients to and never feel like you have been cheated out of enjoying your favorite muffins again!


Directions

mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients and mix till smooth. Add mixture to greased muffing pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
