    1 tbsp Kraft Olive Oil Mayo
    1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    0.25 cup, diced Celery, raw
    .125 serving Vadalia onion, raw, medium, 148g (by FLORIDALARK)
    1 serving Pickle, Kosher Baby Dill, Mt. Olive (1 pickle)

Tips

Can cut the calories by 55 calories by removing 1 egg yolk from the boiled eggs (I save it for breakfast with my grits)
