Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Anise Seed
    1.0 tbsp Cumin seed
    1.0 tbsp Fennel seed
    16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    2.0 serving Annie's organic tomato soup
    3.5 serving dark red kidney beans-simple truth organic
    2.0 serving Amy's organic chili
    3.0 serving hunts organic diced tomatoes
    2.0 tbsp chili powder
    1.0 tbsp paprika, smoked

Directions

First, toast all spices on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. A soon as you smell them richly, transfer them to a large pot, add all other ingredients except for turkey, and stir. Put over medium high heat to boil while sauteing turkey on the skillet you used to toast spices. While sauteing, chop turkey into fine grounds with spatula. When the turkey is fully cooked, add to pot, reduce heat to low-medium, cover, and simmer for an hour or so. Serve it up. Serving Size: 1/6 recipe
