Introduction

Super easy and fast chicken and vegetable stir-fry. Super easy and fast chicken and vegetable stir-fry.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 chicken breast boiled
    1/2 cup frozen vegetables or your favorite fresh veggies
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp olive oil or cooking spray

Directions

1. Pre-boil chicken breast. I usually batch cook chicken so I can have enough boiled chicken during the week for different meals.

2. In a pan or wok, add olive oil and defrosted or frozen veggies until they are cooked but crisp.

3. Add shredded chicken and soy sauce. Mix well until chicken is heated.

4. Serve and enjoy.
