    4 tbsp Kerrygold Irish Butter, Salted (1 Tbsp/14 g)
    0.5 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    6 tsp Swerve

Directions

Blend all ingredients Pour into bread pan Bake at 400 for about 30 - 45 minutes Serving Size: 12

    Very Good
    I would definitely try this again. My daughter made this recipe and it was so good and very filling! The only thing i would do differently is add more pumpkin spice and maybe a tablespoon of coconut flour or paleo pancake mix. - 10/13/18
