    0.3 tbsp Basil
    1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
0.25 cup Contadina Pizza Squeeze Pizza

Tips

Mushrooms make a nice addition, but with these small patties it is difficult to stack the toppings. Consider combining finely chopped mushrooms into the beef.

Directions

Preheat electric griddle to 350.
Combine first 4 ingredients (beef - parmesan cheese).
Divide mixture into four equal balls.
Form four thin patties, about 4" wide, by pressing each ball onto a saucer.
Melt butter onto skillet.
Cook patties on first side for 4 minutes.
Cook patties on second side for 4 minutes.
Move patties to clean plate or pan and check temperature. If not done, return to griddle until done.
Reduce heat to 300.
With patties on plate or pan, apply toppings: (1 TBS sauce, 4 pepperonis, olives, chedder and Mozzarella)
Place patties back onto griddle.
Loosely cover with aluminum foil and keep warm until cheese melts ( 5 - 10 minutes).
