2 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad)

Tips

You can add anything you want into your spring roll. You can also make a peanut sauce or look up asian dipping sauce recipes or make up one of your own.

Directions

Cook rice stick noodles. Cut carrots into strips ( I grate mine). Wash lettuce leaves. Cut red pepper into strips or chop. Wet rice paper and add lettuce leaves, basil, red pepper, carrot and rice noodles into center of rice paper. Fold bottom up to cover vegetables. Fold sides in and roll the rice paper with the vegetables up to the top of the rice paper. You can add shrimp, chicken, beef, tuna or whatever you feel like having inside the roll before rolling it up.
