Ingredients

    2.5 cup Food club frozen hashbrowns
    1.0 tsp Onion powder
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    6.0 serving Eggs - Scrambled - 1 Large Egg
    1.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    4.0 serving Ham John Morrell Diced 96% FF 2 oz.
    1.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

400 degree oven- grease a 12 muffin cup pan In a medium bowl mix the hash browns amd seasonings. Press into the muffin tins and bake for 12 minutes or until they begin to brown. Remove from the oven and set aside. Do not turn off oven. To make the filling add the eggs to a medium Bowl. Add the milk and use a fork or egg beater to beat them until they are well mixed. Add the ham broccoli cheese and onions to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine. Divide the quiche filling between the hash brown cups. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. You may test with a toothpick at 12 minutes.
