Ingredients

    3.8 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    16 oz Baby Carrots
    1 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
    5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw

Tips

Sometimes I add onions or celery.
I posted this recipe for my own benefit. The roast I had on hand was 3.8 lbs. I usually use a smaller roast.


Directions

Brown roast in oil. Place in crockpot with 1 can mushroom soup and one envelope cream of onion soup mix. Add water. Cook on high for 6 hours. Add cubed potatoes and baby carrots. Add salt and pepper to potatoes and carrots to taste. Cook for approximately 2 more hours or until potatoes are done.

Serving Size: Makes 16- one cup servings
