Ingredients

    0.20 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Salt
    1. tbsp Olive Oil
    0.75 cup Cooked Kale
    .75 clove Garlic

Tips

Remove stems and saute first with garlic to make more tender. Add massaged Kale and cook until just wilted.
Serving Portion: 3/4 cup for Lean & Signature


Directions

Massage Kale using 1/2 amount of oil prior to cooking and add in seasoning to blend well. Cook until just wilted for best taste.
