Ingredients

    10 oz Baked Sweet Potato (serving by the ounce)
    .30 tsp Salt
    .30 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

Wash potatoes thoroughly and pierce with a fork before covering each potato with tin foil. Let potatoes cool before scooping out roasted sweet potato from the skin.


Directions

Cook sweet potatoes in their skins for 90 minutes or until soft.
Let cool and scoop out sweet potato pulp. Add salt and water to potato--and blend with a mixer until creamy.
