Ingredients

    10 oz Ground Beef, ground, 85% lean meat
    1 large Egg, fresh,
    .5 med Onions, raw
    .5 tbsp Butter, salted
    1.75 oz Gouda Cheese
    1 oz Cheddar Cheese
    1.5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    500 grams Zucchini (2 Medium)

    I will also add some italian seasonings to the meat too.

Directions

1. Have all the ingredients ready.
2. Fry the onion in the butter for 2 minutes.
3. Add the minced meat and fry for another 3 minutes. Break the meat into small pieces while frying.
4. Put the fried minced meat in a bowl. Add the egg and mix well.
5.Cut the zucchini in half and empty them of the seeds with a spoon or a knife. Discard the seeds.
6. Put the mixture into the zucchini and bake them at 200 C for 15 minutes.
7, Mix the Gouda, mimolette, and mozzarella together. Sprinkle the cheese mix on top of the zucchini and bake for another 5 minutes.
8. Sprinkle the grated parmesan on top and bake for another minute or two.

Serving Size: 1 1/2 Zucchini boats
