Ingredients

    2.0 serving precooked Beer Brats
    1.25 serving LITTLE WHITE POTATOES - 1 SERVING = 5 POTATOES (110G)
    1.0 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw
    1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    0.5 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    0.25 tsp Poultry seasoning
    1.0 tsp Parsley, dried
    0.25 tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Slice celery and carrots in half lengthwise and then slice1/4" thick. Cut little potatoes in half.
