Ingredients

    2 c Simply Nature Organic Vegetable Broth
    1-1/2 c Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1/2 c Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    1 Tb Basil, dried
    1 tsp Thyme, dried
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Great Value No Calorie Stevia
    2 Bags Aldi's Seasons Choice, Frozen California Medley (Broccoli/Carrots/Cauliflower) (12oz bag)

Directions

Add first 8 ingredients to large pot; bring to low boil. Add the two bags of frozen California medley. Lower heat, simmer 10-15 min.
