Introduction

Ingredients

6 cup Romaine lettuce
3 oz Blue Cheese
4 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Garlic cloves
3 tbsp Lemon juice
6 tsp Worchestershire Sauce, Lea & Perrins
.5 tsp Salt
.5 cup Egg Beaters
1.5 cups Seasoned croutons
Tips
We have this as a main meal.
Directions
Mince the garlic cloves using a garlic press into the olive oil & set aside for a half hour. Cut the romaine into bite-sized pieces.
In a smaller bowl mix together the lemon juice, Worchestershire, Egg Beaters, & salt.
In a larger bowl add together the romaine and garlic oil; mix well. Now add all remaining ingredients mixing well.
Serve in cold bowls.
Serving Size: Makes 3 2-cup servings
