Ingredients

    1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
    4 large Egg white, fresh
    1.7 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)

Directions

Mix the Oat, the egg whites and the orange all together with some drops of sweetener.
Use a frying pan to make 3 pancakes with out any oil.
