Ingredients

    2 cups Reduced Fat Bisquick
    1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
    2/3 cup skim milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray (optional)

Directions

1. Heat oven to 450
2. Mix Bisquic, milk & garlic powder to make a soft dough. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by 10-12 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8-10 min or until golden brown. Spray warm biscuits with cooking spray (if desired) before removing them from cookie sheet.

    Very Good
    I added a little more garlic (accidentally) but it was still very good. I'll try using the optional butter spray next time. Very quick to make and tasty! - 3/18/11

    A little bland for my taste. I think more garlic powder would help, more cheese would be nice, but I understand that it's a healthy recipe. - 1/15/11
