Ingredients

4 Boneless Pork Cutlet (by ASTUBBS88)
1 serving Egg white, large
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning (by KARENWP08)
White Gravy
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 C water
1/2 milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Tips
If you want you can use skim milk or 2% milk
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with cooking speay.
2. Wisk egg in a shallow bowl.
3. Mix Parmesan cheese and cajun seasoningtogether.
4. Dip cutlets in egg, press into Parmesan mixture until coated on both sides. Place on baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown 35 - 40 minutes
White Gravy
1. Place butter in sauce pan.
2. Stir in flour over medium heat stirring constantly.
3. Gradually stir in water and milk. Heat to boiling over medium heat stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute or until gravy thickens. Stir in salt and pepper then serve.
