Introduction
Subbed in sunflower seeds for the quinoa and forgot to put in the flaxseed, so the texture isn't as "together" and the fiber and protein are way down. Ingredients

1/2 c raw sunflower seeds
1/2 c Fiber One Cereal
1 c Rolled Oats
1 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice
1/4 c sweetened flaked coconut
1 c raisins

4 tbsp dry milk
2/3 c honey
1/4 c smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 large fresh egg

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Combine dry ingredients (to raisins) in mixing bowl.
3. Heat peanut butter, water, honey, dry milk, cocoa powder and pumpkin pie spice in sauce pan over medium low heat until melted and combined. I used a small whisk. Let cool a little, then pour over the top of dry ingredients.
4. Combine dry and peanut butter mixture. Mix in egg well AFTER the above are well combined
5. Press into greased pan.
6. Bake 20-25 minutes until browned around the edges.
7. Remove from oven, let cool and slice into bars.
Makes about 20 servings.
