    3.0 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour
    0.5 cup Honey
    16.0 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet
    2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3.0 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
    1.0 tsp Cardamom, ground
    5.0 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
    1.0 tsp Cloves, ground
    4.0 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened
    1.5 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin
    1.0 serving Trader Joes Coco Powder unsweetened, 1 Tbsp
    6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Mix dry, mix wet, bake at 350 for 25 min
