1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 cup dry Lentils
2 cup, chopped Tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp dried parsley
5 cups water
Directions
Put it all in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
