Ingredients

    1 cup Ground Flaxseed Meal
    1 cup Coconut Flour
    1 cup Shredded Coconut Unsweetened
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    3 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3/4 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1/2 cup whit Cane Sugar
    8 packets of Stevia Extract
    1/2 cup coconut sugar
    1/3 cup Blue Agave syrup
    6 large Egg
    1 stick Butter, salted
    1/2 cup Coconut Oil
    8 oz Cream Cheese
    29 oz canned pumpkin

Directions

Mix all ingredients
Place on jelly roll pan (spay with cooking spray)
Bake 350F for 30 mins lower oven rack.

Serving Size: 1 jelly roll pan (5x8)
