Ingredients

    4 cup swansons low sodium organic chicken broth (tall cardboard)
    3.5 cup (3.5 servings) hunts no sodium diced tomatoes basil onion & oregano...(1 can)
    1 large Onions, raw
    3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long Celery, raw
    2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 cup, sliced Summer Squash
    10 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)
    1 serving pasta, Barilla Farfalle pasta
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 dash Pepper, black
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    garlic powder
    bay leaf
    2 sodium-free chicken packets
    costco organic no-salt seasoning

Directions

chop veggies...add to liquids...add seasonings...add past near end cook til tender

    I found a new way to make vegetable soup - 12/31/19

    My husband & I loved this soup. I added 1 Tbsp. of grated cheese to mine, but if you add it you have to add the cheese info to your food log.
