Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef (85% Lean/15% Fat)
1 lb Ground Pork
3/4 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
2 large eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1 Red Onion diced, small pieces
3/4 cup Celery, diced small pieces
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Parsley, dried
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Salt (if you don't have garlic salt use 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp salt)
1 tsp Onion Salt (if you don't have onion salt use 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp salt)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper (Ground)
2 tbsp Garlic Minced
Topping:
1/2 cup Ketchup
4 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl mix together the milk, eggs, spices, worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Add to the mixture the beef/pork, oatmeal, ketchup, onions & celery. Mix all ingredients together using your hands, mix it very well to incorporate all ingredients well. Place meatloaf mixture in a loaf pan and then mix together the topping.
Pour the topping over the meatloaf and spread evenly over the meatloaf, place in the oven.
Bake for 1 hour and let cool for 8-10 minutes before serving.
